What is common

A SET qualifies you for Assistant Professor in that state only. It is not a national qualification and it does not award a fellowship — JRF exists only through UGC NET.

UGC requires state agencies to "adhere to the qualifying criteria and the procedure for preparing the result of SET on the lines of UGC-NET".

What is your state's, and therefore not stated here

• The reservation policy — UGC: "the reservation policy of the concerned State would be followed"
• Category-wise cut-offs, set by each state's own Moderation Committee
• Domicile requirements, where a state applies them
• Fees, the application window, and the number of attempts permitted

Take these from your state's page, and confirm them at your state agency's own notification before you apply. A figure that is right for Maharashtra can be wrong for Karnataka, which is the whole reason this site does not print one number for all of them.
