The grievance officer
Under the Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, this site publishes a named grievance officer who is accountable for complaints.
Grievance Officer: Prem Chand Dhube

What you can bring here
- Anything about your personal data: access, correction, erasure, or a consent you want withdrawn.
- Content you believe infringes your rights.
- A decision about your account — rejection, suspension, or a verification outcome you think is wrong.
- Conduct by another user.
- Anything you think this site has got wrong and has not fixed.
How fast we must answer
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution within 15 days, as the IT Rules require.
If a complaint will take longer, you will be told why, and when to expect an answer. Silence is not an acceptable outcome and is itself grounds for escalation.
What to include
Please tell us who you are, what happened, the page or account involved, and what you would like done. A URL helps enormously.
If you are not satisfied
You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023. Nothing on this page limits any right you have in law.
Account decisions
A rejected account may appeal once. An appeal is read by a person who did not make the original decision.
