Response times
Complaints to the grievance officer are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days — that is a statutory deadline, not a target.
Everything else is read by a person, usually within a few days. There is one person here, so please be patient with the ordinary post.
Account approval
Accounts are approved by hand and normally take about a day. If yours has been waiting noticeably longer, do write.
What we cannot help with
