Who owns this
Everything written here — chapter notes, revision notes, question papers, answer keys, activity specifications, presentations, teaching notes and teaching guides — is the original work of Asst. Prof. Geetika Rai and is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act, 1957.
The name PsychologyGeet, the wordmark and the visual identity are ours too.
What you may do
See content licensing and permitted use, which sets out the licence in full. In short: read the free notes freely; an approved account may print and download for personal study or their own teaching.
Quotation and fair dealing
Fair dealing under section 52 of the Copyright Act is not affected by anything here. You may quote a reasonable extract for research, criticism, review or reporting, with attribution. Reproducing a whole chapter is not fair dealing.
Material we did not write
Where a theory, study, scale or figure originates elsewhere, it is attributed in the text. Copyright in that underlying work belongs to whoever holds it — our copyright covers the explanation, structure and wording here, not the underlying science.
If you believe something here reproduces your work beyond fair dealing, please tell us: copyright complaints. We will act.
Machine learning
Use of this material to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model is not permitted under any licence granted here.
Enforcement
We do pursue wholesale copying — most often notes reposted to file-sharing sites and paid channels. Downloads are watermarked to the issuing account, which is disclosed in the licensing page rather than hidden.
