Previous year papers

This is where a state page earns its existence.

The syllabus is shared with UGC NET and with every other state, by UGC rule. What is not shared is house style — which units this state's paper-setters lean on, how applied their questions are, how much of Paper II is definitional rather than analytical.

That is learnable only from this state's own past papers, and it is worth more than any guide.

How to use them

• Work through past papers by unit, not by paper. Doing every Learning question from five years in one sitting teaches you this state's habits far faster than five whole papers do.
• Compare against UGC NET's papers on the same units. The gap between them is this state's signature.
• Do not skip Paper I. It is common to every subject and it is the most common reason a strong psychology candidate does not qualify.

Where to get them

From the University of Jammu — the agency's own archive. We do not host or link third-party copies: a paper that has been retyped is a paper that can be wrong, and you would not know which question changed.
