What this page is
This is a record of the psychology teaching at
Amity University Punjab (Mohali) — which programmes it runs, at what
level, and what each one is recognised to award. It is not a prospectus and
it is not a ranking.
Course names in Indian psychology are unreliable on their own: a BA in
Psychology may be a full psychology degree at one institution and two
psychology papers inside a general arts programme at another. So the
programmes below are listed as they actually are, and
every figure carries the source it came from — you can open
it and check rather than take our word for it.
Where something is genuinely unknown the page says so
instead of filling the gap with a plausible number. A seat count without the
year it applies to, for instance, is unfalsifiable, so it does not render at
all.
About Amity University Punjab (Mohali)
Amity University Punjab at Sector 82, IT City, Mohali carries the widest psychology slate in the Tricity — eight programmes from a three-year BSc in Clinical Psychology to an MA with clinical, counselling and child-psychology pathways — and, decisively for aspiring clinical psychologists, an RCI-approved professional track: its register entry (code PB021) shows the M.Phil Clinical Psychology approved for 2023-24 to 2025-26 with an intake of eight, and the successor B.Clin.Psy. and M.Clin.Psy. programmes approved through 2029-30 under the profession's new qualification regime. Note the register's intake figure of eight differs from the ten the university's own page claims — this directory publishes the regulator's number. Seat and fee figures for the other programmes are not published by the university and render accordingly.
