Post Graduate Government College, Sector 46, established 1982, offers psychology as a discipline-specific course in its four-year BA — six hundred seats in the pool, two psychology faculty — and holds a NAAC B+ grade (CGPA 2.72) from its third cycle in 2024. Like its Sector 11 counterpart, the subject is a major within the BA rather than a standalone degree, and the record says so plainly.
